All Proximax® sensors combine high durability with maximum sensing distance capability to provide the performance it takes to handle the most challenging sensing environments. 


Increased durability
Proximax® sensors incorporate a Duroplast injection molded sensing face in a stainless steel housing.  The Duroplast sensing face resists abrasion, pitting, hot chips, and weld slag while withstanding continuous temperatures of up to195°C (383°F).  Teflon coated versions resist weld slag build-up on the sensor for added protection.


Excellent vibration and shock resistance
Duroplast material surrounds all vital sensor components for maximum shock and vibration resistance. 
These IP 67/68 rated sensors are immune to solvents, coolants, lubricants and cleaning fluids.


Extended range
Extended sensing range capability allows the sensor to be mounted further from the target, while ensuring accurate target detection with decreased impact possibilities.
