Featured Products
BOS 11K – Essential sensing modes in a popular form factor

Standardize your process with a single T-style photoelectric sensor that can replace any 18mm sensor. The BOS 11K family includes diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized retro-reflective, and thru-beam styles and offers enhanced diagnostic LEDs. Featuring the popular threaded-nose configuration, the BOS 11K can be mounted by it’s M18 x 1 snout or as a block type sensor.

Color Sensors - Learn how they work

Full color photoelectric sensors offer a new level of capability that makes sure the right steps happen in a production process, also known as “error proofing.”  Not only can they precisely match colors and reflectivity values, they can identify and exclude or include near color matches on dissimilar as well as similar surfaces.

Featured Application
Multi-position pusher for case packing with linear position transducer

Increase flexibility and reduce the cost of planned downtime by automating the changeover process of a cartoner or case packer with a linear position sensor.

A typical packing application is a pusher that moves a collated group of cartons into a container to make a case. The pusher must accomodate two stroke lengths - a longer stroke for the first carton and shorter stroke for the second carton. To automate this process, a linear position transducer is used with an air cylinder to produce a continuous position, closed-loop system capable of handling an infinite number of cartons and sizes.
