Objective:
Provide a reliable and easy-to-apply capacitive level sensor for temperatures up to 257° F.
Solution:
An HT- series capacitive sensor offers all features requested for today’s point-level sensing devices. It is suitable for nearly all materials and fluids, even for high and very high viscosity liquids such as glues or resins.
The sensor provides a discreet output once a sufficient amount of material contacts the chemical resistant PTFE probe – possible material build-up can be compensated for by adjusting the internal sensitivity setting. The sensor is rated for temperatures ranging from -30° C to 125° C (-22° F to 257° F) and is available with M18 or 3/8 NPT stainless steel process threads.
