Rod and profile designs with Profinet, EtherCAT, VARAN
BTL Micropulse transducers in rod and profile designs with real-time Ethernet enable rapid, precise and absolute position and speed measurement. These wear-proof systems use a contactless measurement principle and are impervious to dirt and resistant to shock and vibrations. A defined parameter exchange enables easy connection to control systems, saving time and reducing costs.
Synchronous real-time data
These transducers support extremely dynamic and precise control processes via Profinet – Isochronous Real Time (IRT), EtherCAT – Distributed Clocks (DC) or VARAN – Phase Locked Loops (PLL).
32 measured values with a single measurement
Micropulse transducers from the BTL7-V range are capable of detecting and processing up to 16 position sensors. Two values can be output for each position sensor: Position and speed.
Flexible magnet mode
The BTL7-V range can be operated in a 1-16-magnet mode. The sensor automatically detects the number of magnets in the measuring range. This function facilitates operation in applications with a varying number of magnets.
