11 - 15 April, NEC Birmingham
Visit Balluff at the MACH Exhibition, NEC Birmingham Stand 5736, Hall 5.
Balluff offer the necessary technologies for implementing industry 4.0 solutions and are dedicated to the development and manufacture of sensors, identification systems and industry solutions for all areas of industrial automation.
On the stand at MACH 2016 (Stand 5736) Balluff will demonstrate:
The BIS industrial RFID machine tool retrofit solution, tailored to requirements it provides tool service life optimization, quality assurance and reduction of set up times. Productivity and efficiency will be increased by eliminating expensive tool crashes, broken tools or spindles, setup errors and bad quality parts.
The new Industrial handheld portable reader with intuitive operation reliably reads common 1D, stacked and 2D barcodes, including direct part marked. The wireless Bluetooth version gives the user the greatest possible freedom of movement within 100 metres of the base station, making this flexible portable reader ideal for a variety of applications.
Automation controls and application sensing is demonstrated by a flexible conveyor system featuring the intelligent SmartLight, RFID and vision sensing simulating a closed loop production line.
Sensor applications include distance measurement, level, small part detection and rugged steel faced inductive sensors for long life under arduous conditions.
IP67 networking modules with IO-Link sensor connectivity will show how machine wiring can be simplified and cost savings made.
About the Show:
MACH is the outstanding showcase for advances in the manufacturing industry brought to you by the Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA), a UK based trade association dealing specifically with engineering based manufacturing.
It is a biennial exhibition which brings together all the best innovations and latest developments to come from the manufacturing technologies sectors under one roof.
