Heat presses
High-temperature-rated inductive sensors and high-performance network technology for heat presses

High tyre quality under rough conditions

The tyre gets its final shape in heating presses. The components involved must therefore withstand the harsh conditions of vulcanizing the green tyres. In addition to heat, steam and pressure, they are also exposed to aggressive liquids such as releasing agents or special hydraulic oils. Balluff has mastered the entire array of the required sensors and offers high-quality, robust and long-life technology for the highest tyre quality: This includes high-precision position measurement systems that are insensitive to contamination, pressure sensors for high temperatures, high-temperature-rated inductive sensors and high-performance network technology.
