Tire curing presses
High-temperature-rated inductive sensors and high-performance network technology for heat presses

High tire quality under demanding conditions

The tire gets its final shape in heating presses. The components involved must therefore withstand the harsh conditions of vulcanizing the green tires. In addition to heat, steam and pressure, they are also exposed to aggressive liquids such as releasing agents or special hydraulic oils. Balluff has mastered the entire array of the required sensors and offers high-quality, robust and long-life technology for the highest tire quality: This includes high-precision position measurement systems that are insensitive to contamination, pressure sensors for high temperatures, high-temperature-rated inductive sensors and high-performance network technology.
