3D Machine Vision
The rc_visard product family of smart 3D cameras is characterized by low system costs, fast implementation and high application flexibility, thanks to the integrated graphics processor, application-specific software modules and user-friendly user interface.
Via the GigE Vision interface, custom 3D applications can be created based on the data captured by the camera. Processed 3D information such as pick points are passed on by the rc_visard directly to the robot application. To support this use, various robot interfaces are integrated in advance. Connecting to a PC for further data processing is also possible.
Depending on the resolution, the camera models achieve frame rates of up to 25 Hz and capture up to 1.2 million 3D data points.
