The BOD 21M-LB01-S92 photoelectric distance sensor from the 21M series has dimensions of 15 x 42.5 x 50 mm and operates according to the triangulation principle. Its collimated beam uses red laser light, with a light spot size of Ø 1 mm at 45 mm. The adjustable sensing range is 25...45 mm. Accuracy is ±0.5 % FS, repeat accuracy is 0.1 %FS, and resolution is ≤ 30 µm. The interface provides an analog current signal of 4…20 mA with a linear increasing characteristic, as well as 2x PNP/NPN outputs with NO/NC. Electrical connection is provided by a 5-pin M12x1 male connector. The housing material is zinc die casting and aluminum. The operating voltage is 18...30 VDC. The sensor conforms to CE, UKCA and cULus requirements and is subject to WEEE.
