Tags accompany the workpieces through the entire production process. They are sometimes exposed to extreme conditions due to high temperatures, metal surroundings and environmental factors. Our HF tags can withstand the high demands of such environments. In the broad Balluff portfolio you can find the right product that matches a wide range of requirements.

- Passive RFID tags: data and required energy are inductively coupled by the read/write head
- All tags have a unique ID number that can only be read and cannot be changed
- Can be used worldwide thanks to ISO 15693 conformity
- EEPROM tags with up to 992 bytes of memory
- FRAM tags with up to 128 kByte for almost unlimited write cycles
- Mounting with glue or screws
- High degrees of protection up to IP68/69K
- Various properties such as mounting on metal, high temperature, etc.
- For time-critical applications: Balluff high-speed tags are up to eight times faster than ISO 15693
- Special corner tags for transfer systems that can be read/written from two sides
- HF tags available in small dimensions
- Data screws are easy to attach to an object and can be quickly removed again
