The base device of the RFID handheld series is frequency-independent and can communicate with all RFID technologies offered by Balluff - just like the BIS V processor unit from Balluff. This makes it a portable counterpart to these devices.
The “Mobile BIS V” is a handheld RFID reader with an Android operating system. It behaves like an RFID processor unit by controlling the attached head modules and readers. A large display with touchscreen is used for visualization and its simple operation. Optionally, visual codes can be read via the camera or the 1D/2D scanner. Apps for data processing are already pre-installed on the handheld reader for HF, LF and UHF applications.
Charging cradles for storing and charging devices and batteries are also available, as is a suitable power supply unit with country-specific plugs.
