To ensure this for equipment and operators, Balluff offers a comprehensive safe networking portfolio that includes safety solutions for IO-Link and our new CIP Safety I/O module. The module is a reliable solution for safe connection your sensors and actuators to industrial controllers – even in harsh environments with influences such as dust, vibration or liquid. It communicates with safety components via EtherNet/IP using the CIP Safety protocol. Thanks to its IP67-certified housing, you can mount the module directly on the machine.
