Technical Sales Trainee (Sales Trainee Engagement Program)

Balluff is growing, and we are looking for individuals to join Balluff’s Sales training program – January, April, July & October program start dates annually.

While this training program requires an initial move to the Northern KY/Cincinnati area, relocation to an assigned field territory will also be required.

This training program will prepare you for a career in technical sales.

Each employee hired into the Sales Trainee Engagement Program (STEP) will work in designated, key Balluff functional areas, performing a job or assignment in that area, with the intent to understand the role/area, acquire hands-on knowledge of Balluff's inside operations, and weave it into your future career as a Sales Engineer.
