Guided Changeover Software
In most cases, the changeover process takes a long time. The Guided Changeover Software supports you when setting lengths, widths and heights of guide rails, for example, and when replacing changeover parts. Using IO-Link components provides immediate feedback in the software as to whether the lengths, heights or widths are set correctly. This ensures that the correct dimensions are set up.
HF RFID technology (13.56 MHz) from Balluff can also be used to enable you to automatically detect change parts and ensures that the correct format part is inserted or replaced during changeover. The Guided Changeover Software helps you manage the format changeover settings. All changeover point settings can be stored in the software. Detailed descriptions combined with pictures guide operators.
Our software guides the operator step by step through the format conversion process - from the configuration of different formats to the start of production. The operator guidance can be displayed on various end devices, such as permanently installed displays or tablets. You can choose between German or English for the user interface.
Only when the current work step has been completed correctly is the next step displayed on the panel. Even employees with little experience complete format adjustments faster, reducing downtimes to a minimum. Time-consuming readjustment is no longer necessary. Manuals and high training costs are a thing of the past.
You receive our software pre-installed on an Edge Gateway. This makes the system completely independent of the company network or the machine control system, allowing you to start directly with the actual task, the format change. This makes it easy to introduce our independent retrofit solution without interfering with your IT infrastructure.

You create the step-by-step instructions directly in our software. All tasks can be described in detail and supplemented with visual material. Each step can be linked to a sensor for which you define the target value and the tolerances. The creation is quick and easy. Programming knowledge is not required.
