Balluff in Germany

Neuhausen

The Balluff headquarters in Neuhausen was established in 1921. It is the competence center for sales, marketing, product portfolio management, development, customizing and industrialization.

Today, the production site in Neuhausen houses the start-up production for the product portfolio that is developed in Neuhausen. Order-based production of selected product families is also located at the site. The distribution center promptly supplies all customers in Europe with products.

Viernheim

The competence center for the development and industrialization of capacitive sensors was established in 2007. The tasks on site include product management, product development and the set-up production for the product portfolio that is developed in Viernheim.

In addition to being a competence center, Viernheim is also the location of part of the production for capacitive sensors.

Kirchheim

The competence center "Balluff HighResolution" for the magnetization of magnetically encoded tape has been an integral part of the Balluff group since 2012.

The production site for precise magnetically encoded magnetic tape and magnetic disks for positioning and position measurement expands Balluff's expertise in linear and rotary magnetic sensors.

Neubiberg

The competence center for the development and industrialization of special optic sensors has been an integral part of the Balluff group since 2014. The company STM had already been a partner and supplier of the company more than 10 years before the integration.

Some of the reasons for the merger include the improved opportunities in modular product design, the fast and flexible delivery of customized solutions and the greater number of variants.

In addition to being a competence center, Neubiberg is also the location of part of our series production for special sensors.
