Our solutions make this happen, because our sensors are highly resistant to temperatures and chemicals, so that your robots can apply the five layers perfectly with the help of the high-speed electrostatic rotary bell sprayers – right after the body shell has been cleaned and degreased in the dipping process.

    The solution

    Equip the paint line with reliable Balluff RFID and gain the ability to track all your work steps. All the information is automatically read and stored, and the skids are automatically guided through production. You will use data carriers rated to +220 °C with IP68/69K protection. If you combine these with antennas having a read/write range of 300 to 400 mm, the result is a perfect solution for the paintshop.
