Balluff opens up optimal solutions for every process step related to the heating press: optical sensors reliably detect the black rubber, pressure sensors reliably monitor process media such as hydraulic fluids, and high-temperature rated inductive sensors monitor end positions at little cost. Our technology withstands the harsh conditions of vulcanizing the green tires, and overcomes heat and pressure, aggressive fluids such as releasing agents or special hydraulic oils.
Our rugged pressure sensors ensure the correct pressure of the hydraulic fluid in injection molding and contribute, for example, to perfect closing of the platen. Securely protected in the stainless steel housing, they handle reliable pressure monitoring in the hydraulic cylinder. And using IO-Link, they relay their values to the controller and let it readjust with precision. Our pressure sensors thereby support high production quality.
To reliably and verifiably document individual work steps in modular handling and assembly system, we offer RFID read/write heads designed specifically for compact transfer systems. Since they can be installed without additional holders, you save installation space while enjoying all the benefits of non-contact identification – especially when you use our corner data carriers. These can be read and written from two sides.
