The solution

Use photoelectric distance sensors and ensure that the bodywork properly receives its initial corrosion protection. Before the bodywork enters the immersion bath, the sensors check whether the doors, trunk and hood are slightly opened. They can detect the gap size with high precision. The result is reduced scrap and increased vehicle quality.
