Der stationäre Ident Sensor BVS ID-M1280CF1-MB-000 mit dem Order Code BVS0064 ist für Codeanalyse, Codelesung und Scan-Trigger ausgelegt. Er liest die Strichcodes 2/5 Industrial, 2/5 Interleaved, Codabar, Code 128, Code 39, Code 93, EAN-13, EAN-8, GS1 DataBar, GS1-128, PharmaCode, UPC-A, UPC-E und MSI sowie die 2D-Codes Aztec Code, Data Matrix ECC 200, DotCode, GS1 Aztec Code, GS1 Data Matrix, GS1 DotCode, GS1 QR Code, Micro QR Code, PDF 417 und QR Code.
Der Sensor verfügt über eine Bildauflösung von 1.2 MP (1280 x 960 Pixel), eine Brennweite von 9.6 mm, eine minimale Reichweite von 50 mm und ein Sichtfeld von 30 x 23 mm bis 305 x 230 mm. Weiße und infrarote LEDs dienen als Lichtsender und Beleuchtung. Zur Verfügung stehen Multifeldbus, TCP/UDP und IIoT (Gigabit Ethernet). Sekundärfeatures für Condition Monitoring sind Neigungsüberwachung und Einstellhilfe, interne Feuchtigkeitserkennung, interne Temperaturüberwachung sowie Vibrationsüberwachung.
