Vision Sensor
The vision sensor from Balluff enables the early detection of production errors in the manufacturing process and takes over the quality control of objects. This also makes it the ideal solution for positioning tasks in white goods assembly. Particularly in stove assembly, it checks the orientation of the hob before it is finally assembled. To do this, it checks its optical characteristics as soon as it arrives at the assembly station - and can prevent incorrect assembly.
