Rotary installation is fundamentally more complicated than linear installation of the sensors. In addition to the rules in the linear case, attention must also be paid to the correct longitudinal and transverse installation position of the sensor. With regard to the permissible angular deviations, it must also be ensured that the sum of all incorrect settings never results in the distance between the evaluation electronics and the measuring scale being greater than defined in the data sheet.
