Inductive distance sensors – BAW0018
The BAW M12MF2-UAC40F-BP05 inductive distance sensor, order code BAW0018, has an M12x1 housing with a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 65 mm. It is designed for non-flush installation and provides a measuring range of 1...4 mm. The sensor has an analog voltage output of 0...10 V with a falling output characteristic on approach. Its –3 dB limit frequency is 500 Hz, repeat accuracy per BWN is ±10 µm, and maximum non-linearity is ±90 µm.
The housing is made of nickel-plated brass, and the sensing surface is PBT. Connection is provided by a 5.00 m PUR cable. The operating voltage is 15...30 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -10...70 °C. The sensor has IP67 protection and CE, UKCA and cULus approvals, and is marked WEEE.
