Inductive distance sensors – BAW003M

The BAW MKZ-471.19-S4 inductive distance sensor, order code BAW003M, has a Ø 47 x 70 mm PG36 housing for flush mounting. Its measuring range is 0...20 mm. The sensor provides an analog voltage output of 0...10 V with a falling output characteristic on approach. The limit frequency at –3 dB is 20 Hz, with a repeat accuracy per BWN of ±5 µm and maximum non-linearity of ±600 µm.

The housing is made of nickel-plated brass, and the sensing surface is PBT. Connection is via an M12x1 male, 3-pin connector. The operating voltage Ub is 20...30 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -10...70 °C. The sensor has IP67 protection and CE and WEEE approval/conformity.
