Inductive distance sensors – BAW005Z

The BAW R03KC-UAA40B-BP03-505 inductive distance sensor, order code BAW005Z, has a block-style housing measuring 10 x 6 x 30 mm and is designed for flush mounting. Its measuring range is 1...4 mm. The sensor provides an analog voltage output of 0...10 V with a falling-on-approach output characteristic. The limit frequency –3 dB is 1000 Hz. Repeat accuracy per BWN is ±35 µm, and maximum non-linearity is ±150 µm.

The housing and sensing surface are made of PA 6, GF30. Connection is provided by a 3.00 m PUR cable. The operating voltage Ub is 21.6...26.4 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is 0...70 °C. The sensor has IP67 protection and carries CE, UKCA and cULus approval/conformity markings; WEEE is also provided.
