Capacitive proximity switches for object detection – BCS00P2

The BCS M12B4G2-NSC40D-S04K capacitive proximity switch has order code BCS00P2 and belongs to the M12 series. It measures Ø 12 x 75 mm, features an M12x1 thread and is intended for flush mounting. Connection is provided by an M12x1 male connector with 3 pins. The switching output is NPN normally open (NO), with a switching frequency of 100 Hz. Its range is 1...4 mm, and the switching distance is adjustable.

The housing is made of 1.4305 stainless steel, while the sensing surface is made of PBT. The ambient temperature range is -25...85 °C, and the operating voltage is 10...30 VDC. The switch has IP67 protection and carries CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE conformity markings.
