Capacitive level sensors – BCS010M
The BCS S44KK02-GPCFAG-EP02 capacitive level sensor, order code BCS010M, belongs to the S44 series and has a diameter of 11.9 mm and a length of 62.5 mm. It is designed for non-flush installation and features a 2.00 m PUR cable connection. The PNP/NPN switching output is codable as normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC), with a switching frequency of 5 Hz. Sensitivity is media-dependent and adjustable. The sensor uses the Smart Level 15 function and includes electrically conductive media capability as well as foam and residue compensation.
The housing and sensing surface are made of PEEK. The ambient temperature range is -5...105 °C; UL approval is valid up to 85 °C. Operating voltage is 10...30 VDC. The sensor has IP67 protection and carries CE, UKCA, WEEE and cULus approval or conformity markings.
