Capacitive level sensors – BCS018A
The BCS Q40BBAA-PSICFHC-EP00,3-GS04 capacitive level sensor belongs to the Q40 series and has dimensions of 40 x 40 x 10 mm. It is installed flush with the container outer wall. The connection is provided by a 0.30 m PUR cable with an M12x1 male, 3-pin connector. The sensor has a programmable PNP normally open (NO) switching output, a switching frequency of 10 Hz and an IO-Link 1.1 interface. Its sensitivity is teachable depending on the media.
The sensor has the Smart Level 50 function and supports electrically conductive media, foam and residue compensation. The housing and sensing surface are made of PBT. It operates with 10...30 VDC and is designed for an ambient temperature range of -20...80 °C. The sensor has IP67 protection. Approval and conformity designations are CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE.
