Capacitive proximity switches for object detection – BCS01AJ
The BCS Q40BBAA-PIM20C-EP00,3-GS04, order code BCS01AJ, is a capacitive proximity switch for object detection in the Q40 series. Measuring 40 x 40 x 10 mm, it is designed for flush mounting and has a PBT housing with a PBT sensing surface. Its range is 1...20 mm, and the switching distance is teachable. The sensor provides a push-pull switching output with PNP normally open (NO) and NPN normally closed (NC) operation, a switching frequency of 50 Hz and an IO-Link 1.1 interface.
The connection consists of a 0.3 m PUR cable with an M12x1-Male, 4-pin connector. The operating voltage is 10...30 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -20...85 °C. The IP rating is IP67. Approvals and conformity include CE, UKCA, cULus, WEEE and IO-Link.
