Capacitive level sensors – BCS01C7

The BCS G06B4G1-PIC40G-S75G capacitive level sensor, order code BCS01C7, belongs to the G06 series and has dimensions of Ø 6.5 x 54 mm. It is designed for non-flush installation and features an M8x1 male, 4-pin connector. The programmable switching output supports push-pull NO (PNP) and NC (NPN) operation, with a switching frequency of 50 Hz. Its switching distance is teachable, and the sensor uses IO-Link-Device 1.1.3 as its interface.

The housing is made of 1.4404 stainless steel, while the sensing surface consists of PBT. The sensor operates with an ambient temperature range of -20...85 °C and an operating voltage of 10...30 VDC. Its IP rating is IP67. Approval and conformity designations include CE, WEEE, cULus and IO-Link.
