The BES 516-3019-S4-C inductive sensor, order code BES018Y, has an M12x1 housing with dimensions of Ø 12 x 70 mm. It is designed for non-flush installation and provides a 4 mm sensing range. The PNP normally closed (NC) switching output operates at a switching frequency of 2500 Hz.

The sensor has a stainless steel housing and a PBT sensing surface. Its connection is a 4-pin M12x1 male connector. The operating voltage is 10...30 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -40...85 °C. The sensor has an IP68 rating and carries CE, UKCA and cULus approval/conformity markings; WEEE is also specified.
