Inductive proximity switches and proximity sensors – BES0494

The BES M18MD-NOC80B-BP05-003 inductive sensor, order code BES0494, has an M18x1 housing with dimensions of Ø 18 x 36 mm and is designed for flush mounting. It provides an 8 mm sensing range and an NPN normally closed (NC) switching output with a switching frequency of 150 Hz. The housing is made of nickel-plated brass, while the sensing surface consists of PBT.

Connection is provided by a 5.00 m PUR cable. The sensor operates with an operating voltage Ub of 10...30 VDC and is suitable for an ambient temperature range of -25...70 °C. Its protection rating is IP67. Approvals and conformity include cULus, CE, UKCA and WEEE.
