Inductive sensors for hazardous areas – BES05NK

The BES M30MH2-GNX10B-BT02-EXA inductive sensor, order code BES05NK, has an M30x1.5 housing with a diameter of 30 mm and a length of 68 mm. It is designed for flush mounting and provides a 10 mm range with a NAMUR interface. The housing is made of stainless steel, while the sensing surface is made of PEEK. Connection is via an FEP cable. The operating voltage is 7.7...9 VDC.

The sensor has an ambient temperature range of -20...60 °C, depending on the Ex category. Its Ex categories are ATEX: 1D (EPL Da), 1G (EPL Ga), 2D (EPL Db), 2G (EPL Gb), 3D (EPL Dc) and 3G (EPL Gc). The IP rating is IP68. Approval and conformity include CE, UKCA, IECEx, ATEX and WEEE.
