Fork sensors and angle sensors – BGL0080
The BGL 80A-101-S49 fork sensor, order code BGL0080, has dimensions of 10 × 100 × 88 mm and a fork opening of 80 mm. Its optical principle is through-beam sensing with a divergent beam characteristic and red LED light. The light spot size is Ø 1.7 mm at the light exit. The sensor supports IO-Link V1.1.3 and provides a Push-Pull switching output with NO (PNP)/NC (NPN) operation.
The operating voltage is 10…30 VDC. Connection is provided by a 3-pin M8 × 1 male connector. The housing material comprises black-coated zinc die casting, PUR and PA 6.6; the sensing surface is made of coated glass. The sensor conforms to CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE requirements.
