Fork sensors and angle sensors – BGL0082
The BGL 5A-101-S49 fork sensor, order code BGL0082, has dimensions of 10 x 25 x 54 mm and a fork opening of 5 mm. Its optical principle is through-beam sensing with a divergent beam characteristic. An LED provides red light, and the light spot at the light exit has a diameter of Ø 0.85 mm. The sensor supports IO-Link V1.1.3 and provides a Push-Pull switching output with NO (PNP) or NC (NPN) switching logic.
The operating voltage is 10...30 VDC. Connection is provided by a 3-pin M8x1 male connector. The housing material comprises black-coated zinc die casting, PUR and PA 6.6; the sensing surface is made of glass. The sensor carries CE, UKCA and cULus approvals and is marked WEEE.
