Fork sensors and angle sensors – BGL008T

The BGL 220A-107-S49 fork sensor, order code BGL008T, has dimensions of 10 x 240 x 153 mm and a fork opening of 220 mm. It uses a through-beam optical principle with a divergent beam characteristic and LED infrared light. The light spot size is Ø 2.5 mm at the light exit. The sensor supports IO-Link V1.1.3 and provides a Push-Pull switching output configurable as NO (PNP) or NC (NPN).

Connection is via a 3-pin M8x1 male connector. The housing consists of black-coated zinc die casting, PUR and PA 6.6, while the sensing surface is made of coated glass. The operating voltage is 10...30 VDC. Approvals and conformity markings comprise CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE.
