The BIC 2B0-ITA50-Q40KFU-SM4A5A, order code BIC0071, is an inductive coupler for IO-Link signal transmission. It uses a bi-directional signal type over a transmission distance of 0...5 mm. The component is remote and features an IO-Link 1.1 interface with an M12x1 female connector, 5-pin. Its output voltage is 24 VDC, with a rated output current of 0.5 A and a maximum output current of 5 A / 0.05 ms.

The PBTP housing measures 40 x 40 x 62 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...65 °C, and the IP rating is IP67. The transfer rate is COM2 (38.4 kBaud), with an additive cycle time of Device + 2.0 ms. Process data IN and Process data OUT each range from 0…32 bytes. SIO mode is supported.
