HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS003Z
The BIS M-102-01/L HF RFID tag, order code BIS003Z, operates in the HF (13.56 MHz) product group and has a round antenna. It measures Ø 50 x 1 mm and supports DIN ISO 14443 data carriers. The tag uses EEPROM memory and provides User data with 752 Byte read/write access. Its read-only UID serial number has a length of 4 Byte.
The housing consists of epoxy-resin/fiberglass, GF, and the tag has an IP67 rating. Installation is in a metal-free environment (clear zone). The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C, while the storage temperature range is -25...85 °C. Approvals and conformity include CE, UKCA and WEEE.
