LF RFID tags (70/455 kHz) – BIS00J4

The BIS C-140-05/L-M6 LF RFID tag, order code BIS00J4, belongs to the LF (70/455 kHz) product group. It has a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 22 x 21 mm. The EEPROM memory provides 1023 Byte of User data with read/write access. The tag can be installed metal-free (clear zone), on metal or flush in metal.
