HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS00M8
The BIS M-140-02/A-M8 HF RFID tag, order code BIS00M8, operates in the HF (13.56 MHz) product group and has a round antenna. It measures Ø 22 x 31 mm and supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers. The memory type is FRAM, with 2000 Byte of User data available for read/write access. The read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte.
The housing is made of steel, while the data carrier consists of coated PA 12-GF30. The tag has IP68 and IPx9K ratings. Installation is possible in a metal-free environment (clear zone) or on metal. The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C, and the storage temperature range is -25...95 °C. Approvals and conformity markings include CE, UKCA and WEEE.
