HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS00P3
The BIS M-153-02/A HF RFID tag, order code BIS00P3, operates in the HF product group at 13.56 MHz and has a rod antenna. It measures 40 x 22 x 80 mm and uses a POM housing. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers and features FRAM memory. Its read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte, while User data provides 2000 Byte with read/write access.
Installation is supported in a metal-free environment (clear zone) and on metal. The ambient temperature range is -25...85 °C, and the storage temperature range is -25...85 °C. The tag has CE, UKCA and WEEE approval/conformity.
