HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS00P3
The BIS M-153-02/A HF RFID tag, order code BIS00P3, belongs to the HF product group with 13.56 MHz frequency. It has a rod antenna and dimensions of 40 x 22 x 80 mm. The read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte. FRAM memory provides 2000 Byte of User data with read/write access. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers.
The housing is made of POM. Installation is supported in a metal-free environment (clear zone) and on metal. The ambient temperature range is -25...85 °C, while the storage temperature range is also -25...85 °C. Approval and conformity markings comprise CE, UKCA and WEEE.
