HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS00RH
The BIS M-143-02/A-T6 is an HF RFID tag for 13.56 MHz operation, with order code BIS00RH. It has a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 22 x 23.65 mm. The tag provides a read-only UID serial number with a length of 8 Byte and uses FRAM memory. User data has read/write access and a capacity of 2000 Byte.
The housing is made of steel, while the coated data carrier is made of PA 12-GF30. The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C. The BIS M-143-02/A-T6 carries CE and UKCA conformity and is subject to WEEE requirements.
