HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS00Y9
The BIS M-133-02/A HF RFID tag, order code BIS00Y9, belongs to the HF product group with 13.56 MHz. It has a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 30 x 9.7 mm. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers and uses FRAM memory. User data provides 2000 Byte with read/write access, while the read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte.
The tag has a black PA housing and an IP67 rating. Installation is supported in a metal-free environment (clear zone) and on metal. The ambient temperature range is -40...85 °C, while the storage temperature range is -40...130 °C. The product carries CE and UKCA approvals and conforms to WEEE requirements.
