HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS00YK
The BIS M-130-07/L HF RFID tag, order code BIS00YK, has a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 7.9 x 4.9 mm. Its memory type is EEPROM, with User data of 992 Byte and read/write access. The read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers and belongs to the HF product group (13.56 MHz).
