HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS00ZZ

The BIS M-142-02/A-M8-GY-SA2 is an HF RFID tag for 13.56 MHz with order code BIS00ZZ. It has a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 21 x 26 mm. The tag uses FRAM memory. Its read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte, while User data provides 2000 Byte with read/write access.

The housing material is steel. The data carrier is made of coated PA 12-GF30 in gray. The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C. The tag has CE, UKCA and WEEE approval/conformity.
