HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS011A

The BIS M-108-14/A HF RFID tag, order code BIS011A, operates at 13.56 MHz and measures 32 x 11 x 52 mm. It has a round antenna, an 8 Byte read-only UID serial number and FRAM memory. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 (High Memory), while User data provides 65536 Byte with read/write access. Its ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C, and its storage temperature range is -25...85 °C. The housing is made of PBT, GF and has an IP67 rating. Installation is supported in a metal-free (clear zone) environment and on metal. The product carries CE and UKCA approvals and conformity with WEEE.
