HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS011U
The BIS M-153-14/A is an HF RFID tag with the product group HF (13.56 MHz) and order code BIS011U. It measures 40 x 22 x 80 mm and has a rod antenna. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 (High Memory) data carriers. Its FRAM provides 65536 Byte of User data with read/write access, while the read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte.
