HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS011Z

The BIS M-155-13/A is an HF (13.56 MHz) RFID tag with a rod antenna and dimensions of 22 x 9.7 x 40 mm. Its read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte. The tag uses FRAM memory and supports DIN ISO 15693 (High Memory) data carriers. User data provides 32768 Byte with read/write access. The housing is made of PPS, GF40, with EP potting. Installation is possible metal-free (clear zone) and on metal. The temporary storage temperature is -25...130 °C 1x1000 h, while the ambient temperature is -25...70 °C. The BIS M-155-13/A has CE, UKCA and WEEE approval/conformity.
