HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS0176
The BIS M-127-02/A HF RFID tag, order code BIS0176, belongs to the HF (13.56 MHz) product group. It has a round antenna and dimensions of 93 x 43.3 x 57.2 mm. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carrier types and uses FRAM memory. Its read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte, while User data provides 2000 Byte with read/write access. The housing consists of PA 12 and cast aluminum.
The tag has an IP67 rating. Installation is possible metal-free (clear zone), on metal or flush in metal. The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C, and the storage temperature range is -25...85 °C. Approvals and conformity include CE, UKCA and WEEE.
