The BIS M-127-20/A-SA1 HF RFID tag, order code BIS01A2, belongs to the HF (13.56 MHz) product group and has a round antenna. Its dimensions are 40 x 26.5 x 40.5 mm. The tag uses FRAM memory and supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers. User data provides 8192 Byte with read/write access, while the read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte.
