HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS01F9
The BIS M-1B2-03/L is an HF RFID tag for 13.56 MHz operation with a round antenna. It has a diameter of 22 mm and a height of 3 mm. The tag uses EEPROM memory and supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers. Its read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte, while User data provides 112 Byte with read/write access.
The housing is made of PA 6 and has an IP rating of IP68. Installation options are metal-free (clear zone) and on metal. The ambient temperature range is -40...85 °C, while the storage temperature range is -40...120 °C. The product carries CE and WEEE approval/conformity designations.
